How Long Is Delivery

Personalised Orders take 14-21 days for completion. Non personalised orders take 3-5 days depending on stock.

You can either collect your order from our store or have delivered direct to your door!

How Much Is Delivery?

We have a flat shipping rate of £9.99 on all orders or you can collect from our store for FREE.

What Is The Return/Refund Policy?

 

Once we receive your return a refund will be made within 14 days. We do not refund shipping charges unless an item is faulty. An email confirmation will be sent to confirm your refund has been processed. A refund will then be processed into your account from ours.

 

Personalised products with any custom initials, badges and/or prints CANNOT be refunded or exchanged. There are no exceptions.

What Happens After Ordering?

You will receive an automated email confirming your order once placed, you will be updated via email on the progress of your order eg: 'Ready for Collection' or 'Your Order has Shipped'.
