Delivery Information

 

Due to the unique nature of business here at Macron Store Norwich, orders can take up to 14-21 to be shipped out to you.

This comes down to the process that we go through where the garments are ordered from our warehouse in Italy which currently take 10-14 days to reach us and then they go into the embroidery and printing queue here at our store and/or printers.

Once your order is ready to ship we despatch via DPD Local on a next day service. Once despatched you will receive an email notification and will receive tracking information and 1 hour delivery slot from DPD on the day of delivery. 

 

Returns

We can accept the return of Non Personalised goods 14 days after delivery has been made. These can either be exchanged or refunded in full providing they are still in new condition and including all tags and packaging intact that they were supplied with.

Custom Products: 

Personalised products with any custom initials, badges and/or prints CANNOT be refunded or exchanged. There are no exceptions. 

 

Custom products may be returned for identical exchange if there is a factory fault with the product please call us on 01603 714600 to discuss this.
